Sacramento Sheriff Mike Boudreaux stated that he would “not cite or arrest otherwise law-abiding citizens when I’m being ordered by Sacramento to release child abusers, burglars, and other criminals from jail.”

A Mayor in Perry, Michigan issues and administrative order stating the city would not enforce the governor’s executive orders, thereby making it easy for law enforcement to say the couldn’t enforce the orders.
An unnamed sheriff in Washington State apparently has also said he will not enforce Governor Inslee’s (D, WA) executive orders.
