Hezbollah’s Newest Tunnels – Ground Truth Episode 6

Hezbollah and Israel have been locked in a deadly embrace for decades with the terrorist group and its Iranian masters making clear that only the complete elimination of Israel from the face of the Earth will suffice.

“.the Jews will gather from all parts of the world into occupied Palestine, not in order to bring about the anti-Christ and the end of the world, but rather that Allah the Glorified and Most High wants to save you from having to go to the ends of the world [to kill them], for they have gathered in one place–they have gathered in one place–and there the final and decisive battle will take place.” Hassan Nasrallah, leader of Hezbollah

Now it appears that Hezbollah, emboldened and armed by Iran, is prepared to make good on its threats. Israel Defense Forces have discovered a whole series of tunnels running from territory controlled by Hezbollah inside Lebanon into Israel. The construction of the tunnels seems to suggest that they are intended to move large numbers of troops into Israeli territory covertly and rapidly. The Israelis also claim to be in possession of intelligence showing that the head of Hezbollah’s tunneling unit received training in Mexico from drug cartels with experience in tunneling under the United States border and moving narcotics onto American soil. The drug cartels routinely move tons of product via tunnels and have vast experience in tunnel construction.

The discoveries have prompted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to suggest that Israel is now surrounded on all sides and forced to wall itself off from its neighbors. “At the end, in the State of Israel, as I see it, there will be a fence that spans it all,” said Netanyahu. “I’ll be told, ‘this is what you want, to protect the villa?’ The answer is yes. Will we surround all of the State of Israel with fences and barriers? The answer is yes. In the area that we live in, we must defend ourselves against the wild beasts.”

Listen to the latest Ground Truth segment as former CIA operations officer Sam Faddis, who has extensive personal experience working against Hezbollah in the Middle East, breaks down the significance of the tunnel discoveries, what their construction tells us about their intended use and what all of this means for the possibility of yet another war in the Middle East, one that may be fought on Israeli soil.
