Rep. Rodney Davis Introduces Bill To Ban Ballot Harvesting As Dems Put Unlimited Ballot Harvesting Into New Stimulus Relief Bill

Rep. Rodney Davis (R, IL), introduced a bill to ban ballot harvest last week. Ballot harvesting allows anyone to deliver unlimited numbers of mail-in ballots on others’ behalf.

The practice, legalized by Democrats in California in 2016, is banned in most of the rest of the country, except for immediate family members. It is also unknown in the rest of the world, because of its high susceptibility to fraud.

While Rep. Davis was introducing his legislation to ban the practice, the House passed a $3 Trillion coronavirus relief package on Friday evening which allows “unlimited ballot harvesting” and bans “Voter ID.”

There have been many reports of concern from national candidates complaining as more states have introduced the practice.
