Representative Devin Nunes, R-CA, appeared on Elizabeth MacDonald’s Fox Business show on Wednesday evening to discuss how tech giants like Google, Twitter, Facebook and others are censoring conservative voices.
Nunes pointed out that The Federalist was threatened by Google that they could lose advertising revenue due to Google’s receipt of a notice from NBC News‘ “Verification Unit” which collaborated with a London-based group the Center for Countering Digital Hate” – that comments on their site were deemed inappropriate and in violation of Google’s policies.
The Federalist announced that they were closing their comment section in response.
