Rasmussen released their monthly presidential job approval summary and noted that President Trump now has a 36% approval rating among likely voters. as of the end of July 2020. Most political pundits say that the president would need to get at least 15% of the black vote in November to win the election. President Trump got 8% of the black vote in 2016.
