OSHA just announced that it is withdrawing its “COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard” effective 26 January 2022. The notice – posted in the tweet below provides no explanation for why it is withdrawing the vaccine mandates for companies with over 100 employees.

VICTORY: Today, OSHA withdrew its emergency COVID-19 vaccine mandate for private businesses after our office co-led a successful challenge to the Supreme Court and joined a recent letter to request this action.
