It's safe to say that there are reasons as to why the U.S. wasn't invited to recent cease-fire talks in Moscow at the end of December. Russia, Turkey and Iran might have resented the underhanded policies of Barack Obama to undermine critical moments with a personal flair for the Anarchic like the time he opened a case against George Zimmerman, because his victim looked like his son, or the time he fanned the flames of Ferguson, or the time he decided to boycott Russia, during a scorched-Earth proxy war over little more than differences in State homosexual policies. This attitude, in a multi-polar Middle Eastern Civil War, just might prove too inflammatory to guarantee a peace or even a lasting cease-fire. (Zealotry being the over-represented trigger)
Then again, Obama is leaving office; America is tangentially represented despite a bombing campaign amid special-forces advisers; perhaps Obama would prefer if regional powers took care of this problem on their own? There is a sudden realization in the media that, after some 6 years of fighting in Syria, it is worth noting simply that the U.S, Turkey and Saudi are essentially fighting Syrian, Russian and Iranian interests.
The situation, thanks to a massive, year-long Russian bombing campaign, seems to be resolving despite pockets of rebels still outside the fold of a cease-fire. I.S. still operates not far from pacified Allepo in their capital of Raaqa and still holds the Northern Iraqi city of Mosul: though it seems not for long. The war, after all, is on I.S. and their brand of caliphate to rule one and all, far and wide under the banner of religious law from Islam.
So it is nice to hear that the President Elect is being invited to the Middle-Eastern negotiations table, according to incoming National Security adviser Michael Flynn and a phone call he had at the end of December with Russian ambassador Sergei Kislyak. (Infowars

It's probably good to be there rather than be sitting in the Oval Office, listening to bugged conversations since the Syrian situation is largely an I.S. situation now which is and of itself a major National Security threat, promoting war on civilians and attacks on innocents as a method of bringing the planet to heel to their Oil money.
The President Elect is a vocal leader on the New World Order of an overt Terrorist State, believing in naming and shaming Islam to combat Terror despite media consternation. The Western 24/7 media culture of organized mayhem perhaps should do better than silent leadership and the hush-hush media capitol of New York, I-luv-New-York. Sixteen years of drawing fire and turning the other cheek has yielded a much more violent world that increasingly butchers the Western soft target. Perhaps it is time to start confronting parts of the Islamic world to pressure Muslim leadership to be more vocal in shaming Terrorist crusades?
Whatever the case, in confronting Terror, America has gone from conflicted, saddened and removed to Trump, Trump and more Trump.
